Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect product is delivered.
- Manufacturing defect is identified.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible:
- Anklets
- Customized jewelry
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
Return Conditions
Products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Show no signs of wear or damage caused by customers
Refund Process
After inspection and approval:
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Rejection
Refunds may be declined if:
- Product shows signs of use.
- Product is returned incomplete.
- Return request exceeds the allowed period.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Cancellation by Iyana
Iyana reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
